feat: add contact email and update test dataset name

fix: updating model names, about, footer and ensure consistency

Rename v3-v7 to V2/V2-D1-D4, restore dataset split labels, reorder newest to legacy

Switch to static HTML/CSS/JS leaderboard, 10 models, no Gradio
