Add Transformers library and paper links

Hi! I'm Niels from Hugging Face's community science team.
I've updated the model card to include the library_name: transformers metadata, as the repository contains configuration files compatible with the library. This will enable the "Use in Transformers" button on the model page, making it easier for users to load the model.
I've also added a link to the AReaL system paper (2505.24298) in the header section to provide better context on the asynchronous reinforcement learning system used to train this model.
