Hello Meta Llama team,

My Hugging Face username is shen.

I would like to request reconsideration of my access request.

I need Meta-Llama-3-8B-Instruct as a frozen text encoder for NVIDIA Kimodo:
https://github.com/nv-tlabs/kimodo

I will use it for non-commercial research and animation development. I will not use it for chat services, fine-tuning, redistribution, or sharing the model weights. The model will only provide text embeddings for motion generation.

I have completed the access form with accurate information and agree to follow the Llama 3 Community License.
